Your first step is a physiotherapy assessment. We will talk about your symptoms, injury history, activities, and goals before looking at how your body moves to determine the root cause of your symptoms.

During your Clinical Pilates sessions, your physiotherapist will guide you through individualized exercises using Pilates equipment, including the reformer. The springs can support your movement, provide feedback, or add resistance as you become stronger.

We may also include hands on feedback, manual therapy, cupping, or other release techniques when appropriate. This combination allows us to address discomfort while also helping you build strength and improve movement.

You do not need any previous Pilates experience. We will guide you through each exercise and adjust the program as you progress. We will also help you carry what you learn into exercises you can do at home, in the gym, or as part of your regular training.
