Work at Cadence

Are you a physiotherapist who genuinely cares about helping people move and feel better?

At Cadence, we believe great care comes from clinicians who are supported, curious, and given the time to think. We’re a small, close-knit clinic focused on finding the root cause of what’s driving someone’s pain and helping them achieve lasting improvement, not just temporary relief.

You might be a great fit if you value clinical reasoning, enjoy building real relationships with your patients, and want to keep growing as a clinician. Experience is welcome, but new grads who are motivated to learn are encouraged to apply.

Here’s what working at Cadence looks like.

Most appointments are 45 to 60 minutes, so you can provide thoughtful, thorough care without feeling rushed. You’ll have a structured mentorship program with regular case reviews, an annual education bonus, and access to clinical Pilates equipment to expand your movement toolkit. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and caseload, within a team that’s friendly, collaborative, and genuinely easy to work with.

The clinic itself is something we’re proud of. Spacious private treatment rooms with 14-foot ceilings and large skylights. No dark interior rooms. You even get to choose your music.

We’re hiring for both part-time and full-time positions. We’re half a block from the Broadway City Hall Canada Line.

If this sounds like the kind of place you want to practice, send us an email at hello@cadencephysiorehab.ca. We’d love to connect and learn more about you.

Supportive, Collaborative Environment

At Cadence Physiotherapy & Rehab, we offer a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians have the time and autonomy to practice well. Longer one-on-one appointments, flexible scheduling, and a learning-centred culture allow you to think deeply, connect with clients, and grow confidently in your practice.

Connection First:

Relationships are central to how we work. We foster an environment where clinicians feel a sense of belonging and clients feel welcomed and understood. This emphasis on connection allows care to be delivered with presence, trust, and compassion.

Striving Together:

Strong clinical care is built through collaboration. We support one another by sharing knowledge, exchanging perspectives, and working together toward meaningful goals. Growth at Cadence is a collective effort, not an individual pursuit.

Clinical Excellence:

Clinical excellence is rooted in taking the time to assess thoroughly, think critically, and treat with intention to uncover the root cause. We value strong clinical reasoning and a whole-body approach that enables clinicians to confidently manage even the most complex cases. Care is never rushed—depth is always prioritized over volume.

Growth & Mentorship:

Learning at Cadence is practical and directly applicable to patient care. Our focus is on understanding how the whole body works together and developing skills that improve clinical confidence and outcomes. Staying curious and constantly asking “why” keeps us learning, growing, and refining our practice. Education is ongoing, thoughtful, and grounded in real clinical experience.

Mentorship at Cadence

Mentorship at Cadence is a structured, 12-month program designed to support clinicians at any stage of their career. The program is guided by clear goals and learning objectives, while remaining flexible and tailored to your individual interests and needs.

Mentorship includes one-on-one sessions, hands-on skill practice, treatment observation, shadowing, case reviews, and in-services. The focus is on developing strong clinical reasoning, learning to treat the whole body, and building confidence in managing complex presentations.

We also believe that learning includes understanding the patient experience and caring for your own body. As part of the mentorship program, clinicians receive treatment themselves—supporting both personal wellbeing and professional growth.
